This house was designed for receiving guests—with thoughtful ergonomics and materials that become more expressive over time. The interior uses anti-vandal solutions: brick walls, concrete ceiling slabs, and poured floors
The space's distinct character comes from a decorative panel with the effect of rust streaks—a bold accent highlighting the project's brutal aesthetic
