Minimalistic futuristic design creates a feeling of security, while maintaining transparency and accessibility. There are no traditional counters: the space is organized as a cozy lounge you can enter while shopping

The Savin Residence: Timeless Family Elegance

We moved beyond standard luxury to craft an atmosphere that evokes a profound sense of belonging for every family member.

We designed this 152 m² space to be more than just a residence; it is a backdrop for family life. Blending business-class prestige with genuine warmth, the interior features a timeless mix of light ash wood and tactile plaster.

This airy, matte foundation serves as a canvas for the two teenage daughters to express themselves, while curated art adds soul to the shared areas. It is a home that feels both sophisticated and deeply inviting.

Merra Villas — Premium‑class villas in Thailand

A task is beyond the scope of ordinary design. The goal was to create an interior that spoke the language of status and technology, serving as a key selling point for the premium villas even before construction was completed.

The designed interior ensures that every detail — from solid wood panels and tall doors to panoramic glazing — contributes to a sense of value. Smart glass, concealed ventilation in walk‑in closets, and built‑in storage systems meet the expectations of buyers seeking a fully finished solution. All materials were selected with the tropical climate in mind, ensuring the property retains its ORIGINAL appearance and quality for many years.

The design became a sales tool: buyers GOT a fully thought‑out space that required no additional investments, while the developer gained a ready‑made visual argument to help close deals at early stages of construction.
